Product testing laboratory is
set up strictly according to
the different standard of GB5135.11-2006. All the
items,i.e.static seal,compressive strength,withstanding seal, bending moment, rotating bend, quake, low-temperature
resistance, fire resistance,will be waged to
test in the laboratory.Each bulk
of products is going to have the final test before they are away from our company in order to our customers receive our products
without any flaw. |

1 Hydrostatic Strength Test
Pressure tests are conducted to ensure that PASS products satisfy the working pressure requirements for safety and reliability. Products normally tested 4-5times of normal operating pressure.
2 Leak Test
Leak tests are conducted to ensure that PASS products maintain their sealing(gasket)effectiveness at normally twice their working pressure.
3 Bending Test
Products are tested misalignment angles and torsional stress to investigate their breaking points and sealing capabilities.
