PASS company has in House computer design and development using AutoCAD and Solid works to develop and design new products. Primary products design victaulic coupling with diameter range from 20mm to 500mm,ductile iron pipe fittings with diameter range from 20mm to 500mm, plastic pipe fittings with diameter rang from 25mm to 200mm.The design and manufacture are according to international first-class indicators. Product’s design
and testing are in compliance with American Standard ANSI/AWWA and s atisfy China National Standard GB5135. Metal and sealing materials are in compliance with American Standard. The sealing material of potable water system meets American Standard ANSI/NSF 61 and China National Hygiene Standard GB/T 17219.

the whole process which is also compliance with ISO9001 Quality System from designing, raw materials procurement, manufacturing and marketing to follow-up service. Limited element analysis is adopted in the mechanics design which could save materials and resources as well. The stainless steel coupling adopts international advanced Silicaso Dewaxing precision casting. The Ductile Iron coupling is made of by ductile cast iron. Production use the high pressure in moulding. Plastic coupling use the high
temperature injection and molding, to ensure the coupling’s Dimensional precision under mass production. The gasket’s formula is patented by PASS, covering mechanical properties (tension, elasticity, elastic renewal ability, pressure change and low temperature shock ) and anti-aged property required by American Standard ASTM2000, Though 45-days high temperature anti-aged test(imitating 50 years aging process, oxygen filling, ultraviolet ray exposure and low temperature shocking) the change of the entire mechanical properties meets international standard.
